Marriage Therapy

Marriage therapy provides a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment where couples work on their relationship with the help of a professional Counselor.

The initial stage of couple therapy is usually to identify and evaluate the strength and weakness of the relationship. Based on the information provided, the couple, with the help of the therapist, will develop goals & direction for counseling. The couple will then work on new skills which will help them communicate, problem solve, and interact more effectively.

The goal of marital therapy is to help couples stay in dialogue, understand the dynamics of their relationship, and ultimately connect at a deeper level.
