SERVICES:

1- Marriage Therapy:   Marriage therapy provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environmentwhere couples work on their relationship with the help of a professional Marriage Counselor. The initial stage of couple therapy is usually to identify and evaluate the strength and weakness of the relationship. Based on the information provided, the couple with the help of the therapist will develop goals & direction for counseling. The couple will then work on new skills which will help them communicate, problem solve, and interact more effectively. The goal of counseling is to help couples work toward their goals in a more effective and efficient way.

2- Pre-marital counseling: this services is for couples preparing for marriage. Issues covered during these sessions include: identify & explore strength and growth areas of their relationship, Acquire and develop useful communication skills to enhance their marital satisfaction, Identify and develop skills to resolve conflicts effectively, Explore the impact of their family on their relationship, and Develop personal & family goals

3- Couple's Walk:“Couples Walk” is a six weeks group counseling experience for couples preparing for marriage and for newly married couples (3-5 couples per group). During these six weeks, couples will: identify & explore strength and growth areas of their relationship, Acquire and develop useful communication skills to enhance their marriage, Identify and develop skills to resolve conflicts effectively, Explore the impact of their family on their relationship, Explore and develop financial plans and goals as a couple, and Develop personal & Family goals.

4 - Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP):   EAP is an emerging field in which horses are used as a tool for emotional growth and learning. EAP is a collaborative effort between a therapist and a horse professional. The emphasis of EAP is not on horse riding, in fact 90% of the work takes place on the ground. The focus of EAP is on the experience of the client as they participate in a specially designed activity. The horses are used as part of the activity which requires the client to use non-verbal communication, problem solving skills, creative thinking, and general awareness of their physical and emotional state. EAP has proven to be a powerful tool in addressing relational, mental health, and developmental issues.

5 - Family Therapy:Family therapy deals with a family's patterns of behavior when dealing with emotional, psychological, or physical challenges. In family therapy, the unit of treatment isn't just the person - even if only a single person is interviewed - it is the set of relationships in which the person is involved in. Typical issues addressed during family therapy include: parent-child relational problems, depression, anxiety, individual psychological problems, marital problems, and other relationshhip challenges. 

6 - Individual Therapy:   Individual therapy provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where the client explores and identifies effective coping skills with the help of a counselor. Typical issues addressed during individual therapy include: Depression, Anxieties and Fears, Infertility, Adoptions, Self-Esteem Issues, Interpersonal Conflicts, Career Issues, Eating Disorders, Stress Management, Family Conflicts, Physical/Emotional/Sexual Abuse, and other Distressing Conditions.
